| Applicants are required to pay an i) Application Fee and ii) Licence Fee to HKGBC for product certification under the Scheme. |

| An application fee (HK$ 1,000 per application) shall first be paid to initiate the certification process. A renewal fee is payable upon the renewal of the licence two months prior to the expiry date of the CIC Green Product Certification. |

| Remarks: |
1.The application fee/ renewal fee is non-refundable and the payment shall be sent together with the application form, CFP report, verification report and supporting documents to initiate the certification process.
2.A new application is required if there is (are) modification(s) in product characteristics. |

| Upon complying with the User Guide of CIC Green Product Certification under the Scheme, the Applicant shall pay the following licence fee based on the number of products to HKGBC to acquire the right to use the labels as shown below |

Remarks:
1. Application for licence renewal shall commence at least two months prior to the licence expiry date.
