BEAM Plus is the Hong Kong’s leading initiative to offer independent assessments of building sustainability performance. It is a locally developed assessment system with international recognition, embracing a wide range of sustainability issues and covering the full building life cycle. The HKGBC is the certification body, with BSL undertaking the assessment process. BEAM Plus defines over 100 criteria, with five assessment outcomes namely Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Unclassified.
