Registration is processed on a first-come-first-serve basis. |

Payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser or a written request is received by the organiser before 2 weeks of the course start date. |

Payment will not be refunded to absentees. |

In case of insufficient enrolment, HKGBC has to right to postpone or cancel the course. Affected applicants will be notified and refunded. |

A CPD certificate will be distributed to participants upon completion of training. |

Attendance of late comers who arrive more than 20 minutes after course start time or participants who leave early without seeking prior consent of the organiser will not be recorded. |

The course will be cancelled with a full refund in the event of a typhoon signal no 8 or above, or a black rainstorm signal is hoisted 3 hours before the event commences. |
