| Examination: | An open-book examination will be held immediately after the training. |
| Prerequisites: | Completing the Awareness Training Course (Carbon Footprint) of HKGBC. |
Important Notes:
| 1. | Enrolment is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. |
| 2. | Enrolment will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. An official confirmation will be sent via email. |
| 3. | The payment is non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by the HKGBC. The payment is also non-transferable unless a written request is received by the HKGBC before the training or examination starts. |
| 4. | The payment will not be refunded to the latecomer, early leaver, or absentee. |
| 5. | The HKGBC reserves the right to postpone or cancel the course. In such cases, the affected participant will be notified and refunded. |
| 6. | A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants upon completing the course. |
| 7. | Participants who failed the examination can retake it by paying an additional examination fee (HK$500 per examination). |
| 8. | To ensure sufficient training is provided to the candidate, the Certificate of Attendance will not be issued to the latecomer who is late for over 30 minutes or early leaver who leaves without prior consent from the HKGBC. |
| 9. | The course will be postponed when a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted 3 hours prior to the course. There will be further arrangements regarding the postponed course. |
