Important Notes:
| 1. | Enrolment is processed on a first-come-first-serve basis. |
| 2. | Enrolment will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Overdue payment will be considered as a cancellation of enrolment. |
| 3. | The payment is non-refundable unless the training or examination is cancelled by the HKGBC. The payment is also nontransferrable unless a written request is received by the HKGBC before the training or examination starts. The payment will not be refunded to the latecomer, early leaver, or absentee. The HKGBC reserves the right to postpone or cancel the training or examination. In such cases, the affected candidate will be notified and refunded. |
| 4. | A certificate of attendance will be issued to participants upon completing the course. |
| 5. | Attendance will not be recorded for latecomers who arrive more than 20 minutes after the course start time or for participants who leave early without prior consent from the organiser. |
| 6. | The course will be cancelled with a full refund in the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted 3 hours before the event commences. |
