Frescoat Flat Coating is a Non-Toxic environmentally friendly high performance acrylic interior and exterior premium water based coating. This unique silicon modified pure emulsion coating has been engineered to act as a one-way membrane, allowing moisture to escape to the surface but prevents moisture ingress into the treated substrate. When cured Frescoat Flat Coating has excellent bonding properties that forms a tough protective film over the substrate allowing protection against extreme tropical conditions such as high rainfall, heat, moisture, UV rays, micro organisms, abrasion and chemical exposure while allowing to flex to resist minor cracking while staying safe and easy to apply compared to conventional paint.
